I have advocated for teenagers who were caught at the wrong place at the wrong time to not spend their formative years behind bars.


Throughout all of the years, however, practicality is what has gotten me through.

After more than a decade of experience in corporate law, I have been able to lead mission critical, high profile initiatives while collaborating with investors, stakeholders, and all levels of management for several early stage and middle market companies.

I merge my comprehensive background in contract drafting and negotiations, litigation and dispute resolution, and corporate governance with the ability to quickly master new roles, responsibilities, and environments.



Through my breadth of experience in corporate law, I have been fortunate to be able to shift my focus to certain areas that are near and dear to my heart: helping to better the lives of my clients who are dealing with criminal allegations and personal injury.

As a people-first attorney, I strongly believe in every person’s right to a fierce, passionate, and competent advocate. I believe this to be true no matter the legal situation that you or a loved one are found in.


Whether it be finding yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time, being physically harmed by an organization’s negligence, or virtually any form of legal predicament that you are unprepared for, I will be there.
